AOI FREQUENCY PLUNGE
Frequency immersion. Warm or cold.
An LED-activated plunge that runs warm as well as cold, from 5 to 6.5°C upward. Cold immersion is the best studied of the modalities AOI runs alongside the chambers.
Like the sauna it stands on its own terms, with its own manual and screening protocol. A dedicated AOI plunge research protocol is in development.
