This form is for anyone who wants a chamber of their own — in a house, or in a business.
The chamber is designed by AOI and built in Germany by Happersberger Otopront GmbH, a medical device manufacturer, with manufacturing certified to ISO 13485. That describes how it is made — AOI is not a medical device, and CE certification is ongoing.
The room decides most of it, so the more you can tell us about the space, the more useful our first reply will be. If a chamber will not work where you want it, we would rather say so early.

Before you write
Three things worth checking.
The floor
A chamber is approximately 1,500 kg. Above ground level that is a structural question and the one most likely to decide the room. An engineer answers it in a morning.
The route in
It arrives as modules on about seven Euro pallets. Doorways, lifts and stairwells rule out more spaces than floor area does.
The power
A CEE socket — 16A 5p 6h, IP44, 230 V. An electrician's job rather than a plug.
